Note: Custom or personalized prints are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Items not in their original condition or damaged due to misuse.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
